Trench Games is committed to upholding intellectual property rights and adheres to the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We do not store or archive all creator data (such as livestream video data); when infringing material is identified, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the content in question (including live broadcasts, tokens, or comments).
Trench Games does not have the authority to resolve copyright disputes. Under the DMCA, our role is to process infringement claims from rights holders and counter-notifications from creators. Any dispute is strictly between the rights holder and the creator(s) involved.
