Trench Games is committed to upholding intellectual property rights and adheres to the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We do not store or archive all creator data; when infringing material is identified, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the content in question (including tokens, or comments).

Trench Games does not have the authority or the ability to adjudicate allegations of copyright infringement. Under the DMCA, our role is to process infringement claims from rights holders and counter-notifications from creators. Any dispute is strictly between the rights holder and the creator(s) involved.

Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, Trench Games will:

  • Promptly review the reported content;
  • Immediately remove or disable access to the content, insofar as Trench Games is able to do so, if our moderators confirm infringement;
  • Notify the creator responsible for the content about the removal.

If you are a creator and believe a takedown notice was sent in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@trenchgames.win with the following details:

When possible, Trench Games will notify the claimant of the counter-notification.
